Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to add more destinations in the future.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Exact rates and estimated delivery are shown at checkout. See our Shipping & Returns page for more.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your squad all the way to your door.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is securely powered by Shopify. You can pay with major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available.

What ages are the toys for?

Our squishies are designed for ages 3 and up and meet applicable toy safety standards. As with any toy, adult supervision is recommended for younger children.

Are the colours random?

Some mystery squishes come in surprise colours. The product page will always say whether a colour is a surprise or your choice.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We pack fast! If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it ships.

Can I return a squish?

Yes - unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days. See Shipping & Returns for the full details.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?

We're so sorry! Email us at shoproyalworld@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
