Getting your squad to you, and what to do if something's not right.
Shipping Policy
Processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday,
excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Delivery. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout
based on your address. We currently ship within the United States.
Tracking. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48
hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Delays. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can affect delivery times. We
appreciate your patience if your order takes a little longer than estimated.
Lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your
order, contact your carrier first, then email shoproyalworld@gmail.com and we will help.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not
responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we will always try to
help.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your squish. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned
within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at shoproyalworld@gmail.com with your
order number and we will send return instructions.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your
original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We will email you when it is on
its way. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or
incorrect.
Exchanges. Want a different squish? Return the original for a refund and place a new
order, or email us and we will help arrange an exchange.
Return shipping. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged,
defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email
shoproyalworld@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no
cost to you.
Non-returnable items. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of used items,
items without original packaging, or items marked final sale.
